Objective:

Non-Consumable Materials:

1. Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Maker. Cost $99.00 US.

2.10 inch Extra Long Dough Pastry Scraper. Cost $16.00 US.

3. 1 Cup Measuring cup. Cost $5.00 US.

Consumable Materials:

1. 1 C. Flour;

2. 1. Egg.

3. 1T Oil.

4. Water.

Procedure:

1. Pour flour on table top and make hole in center.

2. Crack egg in center and add oil.

3. Scramble egg with fork and then mix by hand. Knead into a dough. Add a little bit of water or flour as needed.

4. Cut into two halves, and put one under a towel.

5. Starting at setting zero. punch down and fold over dough then feed through roller.

6. Increment thickness setting until 6 is reached. Sprinkle a litlle flour whenever necessary.

7. Switch handle to linguine and roll out noodles.

5. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.
